Sunday Nights

During the month of August and September we will be meeting every Sunday night from 5:00-6:30. Dinner is included and Cori Knudtzon will be arranging for volunteer sign ups for dinner.

WE WILL NOT BE MEETING SUNDAY AUGUST 29 (RETREAT WEEKEND) OR SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 (LABOR DAYWEEKEND.)

Students need to have their Bibles and confirmation books issued by the church. Sermon notes are to be taken each  Sunday the students are in worship and turned it at confirmation/youth group that same evening. We are inviting parents to take turns providing dinner for the youth. Corrie Knudtzon is coordinating this and sign ups will be available beginning this week.

9th Graders

We have had to move confirmation to Sunday November 7 at the 10:30service. This is due to five other events happening on October 31, including “Just Desserts,”  “Trunk or Treat”, Reformation Day, Halloween and Preschool Harvest Festival, and it was thought that confirmation would just get lost in the activity. November 7 then will be confirmation at the 10:30worship with the Braats Festival to follow in Morton Hall.

9th Graders are now invited to stay through dinner on Sunday evenings and attend the High School Youth Group meeting from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
